AnyCubic Photon M3 Max Auto-Feed Not Working Functionality Diagnosis and Repair

I reached out to anycubic about my autofeed unit not working, instead of them walking me through how to diagnose the issue, they sent me a full set of parts with the cap, pump, and tubes, but still I didn't know what did what or how
I eventually figured out what does what so here is some guidance for you guys

Side note, using anycubic resin bottles, when the status reads:
No Resin In Bottle, I weighed the bottle:
186 without cap, i emptied everything in that bottle to another fresh new bottle, so now it reads:
96 without cap, which means theres an excess of 90 grams that the pump cant reach / autofeed
BRAND NEW FULL BOTTLE: 1093 with cap
BRAND NEW FULL BOTTLE: 1085 without cap

Thanks man, i had a suspicion that there was something not right. Mine didnt come with a washer. I fortunately have a ton of nylon, rubber, and fiber washers so i put one that was about the size of tbe bottle diameter in and suddenly it was pumping fine.

Hey don´t know if you will see this comment, my feeder is for some reason only dripping instead of flowing like yours. Got any idea why it does that? I did put the little paper washer back on and closed the lid tight. And it´s on 100%.

yeah i figured out the problem completely, its the cap design, its crap actually im making a new video on it and a full 100% fix, i redesigned the cap ill publish a new video and files on the new cap soon

@@TMProjection thank you so much. Your legit the hero we all need. Ngl without your video on the little paper washer i would´ve been clueless. Always thought you don´t need them and threw does away. I might try out some flat gaskets for piping maybe the ones out of rubber might work better.

⁠@@TMProjectionjust poured some silicone into feeder’s bottle cap to make permanent gasket. Silly design with these paper gaskets. Update: just tested, works like a charm

actually update on this video, even that washer itself doesnt fix this most of the time, ive redesigned the cap, which is the issue in itself, ill have those files out soon
