Do you ever sew the extra seam to save the HSTs for a bonus project or to use in borders or backing? I hate any waste.
@SewYeah6 ай бұрын
Absolutely!! Sew them together for an easy couple pillow shams to go along with your quilt 😛
@ZVIXVY6 ай бұрын
great!
@sherrydoubleday21396 ай бұрын
If you draw a line 1/2" from the corner cut line, you can make a HST from the leftover fabric for another project. Cut between the lines and you will have a HST for another project.

Yes absolutely!!!

Love the pattern and the quilt in the video, but why does the pattern say to cut 120 squares from Vegas Strips and 240 of background squares. It looks like they should be equal. Am I missing something?

Do the Vegas strips have pinked edges?
@SewYeah6 ай бұрын
They do not! They're laser precise, at exactly 6 1/2" wide 🧑🔬

@@SewYeah awesome! I will buy some then. I despise pinked edges. 😂
@sherrydoubleday36605 ай бұрын
I made this quilt and noticed an error. The pattern says 240 3.5" squares. Only 120 are needed. Thank you for all your patterns and tutorials.
