And you don't have to buy kitchen gadgets for round eggs 😄 Provided it only works if you like bell peppers.

I was a soux chef for a famous philanthropist and while the family, just Mr. and Mrs. at that point, ate very light, just fruit and cream of rice, we cooked for the staff of 12 each morning and each dinner which was at 4pm. I hated having to wash the cookie pans that we ovened the bacon in. I never thought about using parchment under the bacon. Still have to get the greese off but thise nasty little burned on bits where a nightmare. Now I'm retired and i dont eat breakfast because i dont have to get up and out of the house by 4:30 am. Hubby does breakfast for himself, early riser. I watched your dinner prep as well. Your sister is so lucky having a thoughtful sister like yourself. My babies are all in their 40's now, but when they were born I didn't have any help at all. 3 of my babies were born in 3.5 years and i was always tired. I wish i could have premade meals back in the day. Also, i never had a dishwasher. I'M the dishwasher, still am. It's ok. Could never get a DW to get my dishes clean enough for my liking. Looking forward to learning more from you, Comin' atcha from Palm Springs CA, where our summer garden gets planted in the fall when it's cool out. Summer just is to brutal.

Cook your bacon on the convection setting. This will “even out” the cooking and you won’t have to rotate the pans. Also, if you are going to break the yoke on croissant eggs, do it when you first start cooking them. That way the yoke taste will spread out and you would get a more even yoke taste throughout the egg. Just some suggestions. I really enjoy your videos. Not sure why, but they bring a calming effect to my day.

I cooked a tray of bacon in my conventional oven on the convection setting and because of the convection fan, my house stunk of bacon for 2 days. I thought I was going to have to wash all my drapes and get my carpets all professionally cleaned to get rid of the smell. Fortunately it didn't come to that. Never again! I still bake my bacon in the oven but not on the convection setting. But you do you. 🙂

Here's a hint for breakfast sandwiches using English Muffins: Beat the eggs and put them in silicone egg pans, add shredded cheese and bake (about 10 minutes) ! Layer them with Canadian Bacon rounds and VOILA! Breakfast sandwiches made easy and everything is round and fits perfectly!!

Have you ever thought of doing sausage and pancake on a stick? It uses the links and is covered in pancake batter. Can be dipped in syrup although I prefer them plain. Kids LOVE this and it makes an easy breakfast when made ahead and frozen.

That sounds fantastic! I never would have thought of that! I am not a fan of pancakes but this i know i would like. I have a question, are the sausages cooked before hand? How do you do this, i really would like to try this. Thank you, have a wonderful day!

Sounds interesting?

@@AngelaM-y4e the sausages are cooked beforehand. Then are impaked on wooden skewers or toothpicks (skewers are WAY easier. Lol) some peopke cook them in the oven, others in a saute pan. I like the saute pan better.

Hi Becky, thanks so much for this video, so sweet of you to cook for your sister. These dishes are new to me (I’m in Scotland) and I’m really looking forward to trying them. God bless. Xx

It was so funny to watch your dogs come running over when you were putting the potatoes and bacon in the pan for the breakfast burritos. 🤣 They know the sound of snacks! 🤤

Thanks for your guide Becky! I purchased it yesterday and can hardly wait to start the cooking! My family will love the recipes! I didn’t use the code to reduce the price. I think you deserve the full amount! Love your channel and you and your family!

I happened across this video tonight. I am permanently disabled, my daughter and her family sold their house and moved in to my house with my husband, I have tried to talk to her about cooking while still allowing for convenience but I have been unsuccessful in trying to convince her, i used to able to do so much on my own and cooking and baking were favorite past times of mine (now I am useless in "helping in the kitchen), I am trying to plan out dinners for the 5 of us. These breakfast sandwiches look and sound AMAZING! I need to check out your other videos. Some how I have to get my daughter to realize planning meals ahead of time helps the wallet as well as the age-old question: What's for dinner, and what is missing to make that? I, too, wish I had half your energy. Heck, I wish my daughter, just over 36, had half your energy.

What about her husband? Perhaps you could involve him in this idea. Maybe she is saddled with so many other things for the household. Not judging, but the husband lives there too!

I LOVE having precooked bacon available! I buy the 4 packs at Costco and cook all of it in the oven. I separate the layers of bacon with parchment paper. So handy😊
@sandym79527 ай бұрын
Hi. Do you freeze it once it's cooked?
@brendabrenda4137 ай бұрын
Yes, I cook it first.

I just discovered your channel yesterday and I have truly been binge watching it the way you organize everything and the list and just the way that you present. Everything really really speaks to me. My husband and I have decided we were gonna make these breakfast sandwiches together because he wants to buy them from a certain drive-through restaurant and they’re ridiculously priced thankyou thank you for your awesome videos

Once you've made a list of items you need at the grocery store, make a second list for shopping down each isle at the store for faster shopping. This means you need to make a chart & write down what products are on each isle using the stores signs at the end of the isles. Quick shopping in the store & you get out faster without any back tracking.

I do this, it works great - until the store rearranges things, then I'm lost for a while...lol I actually make my shopping list in Excel and can rearrange much easier. I also have a 'master list' of all the items I regularly buy so I don't forget stuff I need and might be low on.

Watching from the UK and have been batch cooking for myself and my husband for a few years. I love getting new ideas from your videos. We tried growing some fruits and vegetables a few years ago, but we had a big problem with catapillars 😢. Best wishes, April.
