Last year I lost my father in June and I had the worst break-up in Nov. This scenario changes my mindset to "jo hoga dekha gaga ". I came across Stoicism and since then followed it. It has helped me to grow as a person. One thing I've learned is "you can't control the outcome but can control your reaction to it". Hello Neda di, just wanted to say thank you soo much for putting up this video! I don't really comment on videos but just thought of thanking you for this. Before watching this video I was doing meditation and was thinking about my exams, as I have given 2attepmts of CAT but just did not get the college that I wanted to get in. I worked like really really hard for the exam, but maybe things didn't work out for me. So right now before watching this video I was just asking myself that"mujhe firse exam dena chahiye ya fir koi bhi college lelun" And I was complaining to God that I worked really hard but why didn't I make it and i was just asking him to give me a sign that if I should prepare again or not. This was so well summarised, you are very beautiful inside out, and the way you delivered such an intense topic with such simplicity shows how well divine flows through you.
