So am trying this recipe today.. Its my brother's birthday. I have put the batter to bake on 8,40 lets see how it turns out.. Am excited and nervous at the same time..baking after 3 years ☺ So after almost 25 minutes it's almost done... Let's me check It's still flowy from the bottom.. I will wait a little more.. It's done guys in 35 minutes.. I wish I could show you all the colour and the texture it's so soft.. Must try recipe just follow the measurements precisely... I used a tea cup.. For it.. It's still worked incredibly ☺🥰❤... He will surely be happy... Was asking me for a long time that didi please make me the same black cake 😂.. Its a surprise.. Thank u for the recipe💐❤

actually i tried this same cake from another channel but it was little dry bcz after baking they never told to cover cup the cake to cool down this is very important tip which no one shared thanks for doing this.... great job... : )

Hello Dr Alisha. I took up cooking and particularly baking during the lockdown. Few days back I tried this 3-layered cake. The result was unbelievably amazing. 👌 Thanks for the excellent recipe that is so easy for beginners. I will point out some issues which will help others. (1) I followed the recipe precisely, measuring each ingredient with measuring cups. (2) Baked it in a microwave on convection mode for 30 minutes followed by another 2 minutes. (3) Baked the cake on day 1 and once it turned out good, proceeded with the frosting on the next day. Followed your advice and split the cake in 3 layers using a thread. (4) Used whipping cream powder and an electric beater to make whipped cream, (5) Having no piping bags, I filled a large size syringe with whipped chocolate cream to create a design on the top. What went slightly wrong. 😢 (1) The inside cream layers could have been thicker because after cutting the cake, I observed that the different layers were not as prominent as seen in your cake. (2) The ganache turned out a bit thick so the top chocolate coat did not turn out very smooth. Looks of cake: amazing. Texture from inside: perfect. Taste: wow. And lastly, my wife: super impressed. Can u plz tell me whether the cake was kept in fridge on day 1.. And if yes, Pls let me know whether it turned hard or not. I also want to bake the cake

The cake certainly gets a bit hard in the fridge. To avoid, you can store it in an airtight box or wrap with a cling film.

When I followed this recipe of cake making since i don't have blender I tried using mixer I hence realized that if you don't have blender do not try using normal Amul fresh cream neither purchase Ready made Wipped cream it would be more easier and less time consuming. And hence this was my minute plan change. Thanks in regards 😊
