@skykur8 ай бұрын
It may look like gaslighting from Seth, but I think he’s being honest. Seth’s “poker face” isn’t very good, it actually doesn’t exist. If he doesn’t have an answer in hand, he never pretends like he does. So it’s my theory that if he is diverting attention away, he truly is vulnerable (in his eyes).

@@skykur I feel he is really Selfish. Phil will admit when he is the problem, and with Richard you can tell he doesn't mean it when he says people shouldn't be worried about what he is doing. Seth on the other hand just complains that others should clear his problem while he wants to continue drawing cards and ramping, as was shown by the Mesmeric Orb. And also at the end still holding on to that he was just making dogs and snacks instead of admitting its ust another flavor of ramp and draw.

No one probably sees this but after the Arcane Denial on the upkeep Richard milled and then drew. Shouldn't be the other way? Arcane denial was Seth's spell so his trigger, APNAP puts the mesmeric orb trigger on the stack then the Arcane denial so the denial resolves first. Or am I misunderstanding Arcane denial since it's a delayed trigger?

Mongrel Pack only cares if it "dies during combat", which means during the combat phase. According to the rulings on Gatherer: - The Hound tokens are put onto the battlefield if it dies during the combat phase, even if it was not an attacker or blocker. Which means it could be sacrificed to another effect during the combat phase and you would still get your Dog tokens! "People complain about Simic. I'm just here trying to kill people..." Phil, 2024 (about 57:40 in) Is this the first time in history that Crim wasn't actually playing a Stax deck? Wait, does Farewell + phasing Ryu count as Staxing?
