@yamakasko There is no absolute learning order for any concepts in footbag, but thinking about future it would be better to learn kicks first, so you don't have to go back one day to learn them. Linking stalls at first feels easier, because they're easier to set precicely where you want (which is also the reason stalls are used in modern freestyle over kicks) but learning to kick is fundamental.

It's a standard 32 panel footbag, hand sewn (forgot by whom). Filling consists of pellets, aquarium rocks and tungsten.

Getting high enough sets for Ducking is about practicing Clipper enough. Muscles aren't used to that kind of motion even though you've done other exercises. You might want to check on footbag.org user lists if there are other players in or close to your town.
