I am a Jiu jitsu athlete myself. Been training for many many years. I tore my left meniscus over 3 years ago (it makes a little pop going DOWN stairs but not up.) but I have no pain or discomfort from it really. I also have dislocated this knee cap training back in 2008. And about 8 days ago I took a hell of a pop to my opposite knee now - it’s swollen and I think I tore some of my right meniscus now. I’m super depressed because I’m thinking I can never train anymore or I should just quit the sport I love. Did this help you?!! Any comment will help man thank you

But your product still says ankles. Can it help for knees. Still confused.
@ctashi7081 Жыл бұрын
@@cxlmobileheadlightrestorat7906to be pain free for knees, you need to have balance in your legs. When you walk and run you put 3x your bodyweight into your legs. Your tibialis absorbs the force but when your tibialis is weak, the force goes up from your ankles to your knees, causing pain in the knees. So yes there are some ankle exercises here but you need these exercises to maintain harmony and protect your knees.

I’m barely walking and it’s effected my livelihood as a carpet and floor guy, it’s all I know. A lot of despair and no hope for awhile that I may no longer be able to support my family. Yesterday, I found this video after watching him on Dr. Berg. I’ve been doing the exercises, and feeling more confident and that I’m on the right path. I have hope and most of all hunger to improve. That’s been lost visiting doctors and therapists that essentially told me I need to just retire and find some online work instead. Thanks for the positivity and the inspiration. I'm thankful you are here on KZbin (and everywhere you're needed), educating folks who have long given up in their favorite sports, or a pain free life, for that matter. Thanks for being a mythbuster, fitness educator, and inspirational leader. I also agree that everyday should be counted, because we never know when the unthinkable could happen and lose someone, so no waiting for specific days to show and tell the people we love how much we care. Having said that, and since it is in direct response to the holiday message, I hope you, your family, and you extended ATG family have a safe, happy, and memorable holiday weekend. Ohavw a peaceful evening.

I’m so glad you mentioned the business side of things, nothing bothers me more than the phrase “it’s just business”. Nothing is just business, there are people attached always. Generally that phrase is what people say to excuse away ripping someone else off even friends or family, steals an idea, over charging, or whatever other unethical business practices they are committing . I’m so glad to see people like yourself giving credit where it’s due. It goes to show you can be successful, ethical, give credit, help others be successful, AND be successful in business yourself. You are a great example of this and I’m proud to say in my neck of the world I am doing the same in my business dealings always…I sleep very well at night. Imagine what a capitalistic society would function like if ethical business practices were the norm. It would truly be a different world. Thank you for including this part of your journey it’s as important as the ground breaking joint work you have been doing. ✌️
