It has nothing to do with race, it is because they were not ready for that high academia. It happens to whites who get the same treatment. But if you use a defibrilator every day forever, it's not good. The concept of the government safety net is similar. In desperate times, the government should help people, but it has to be a temporary help. The free market will solve the problem if it is allowed to. Even the biggest free market proponent doesn't understand its awesome power. IMHO, all health care needs is a freer market.

I'd disagree about it being the greatest form of representation. It's a way for the powerful oligarchs in this country to retain control over who ultimately gets elected as President. Another purpose of the electoral college is to diminish the impact of voter fraud. This way if you have a city or state that stuffs the ballot box with fake ballots it only effects the electoral votes allotted for that state. A good example would be the county in Missouri that has only 300,000 residents(not voters, residents) yet Obama got 900,000 votes in that county 2 elections in a row. I don't think I have to mention the voter fraud in every Democrat run city do I !!!

She literally explained why we need the electoral college because of NYC and California who would determine the whole countries president. Just like NYC decides NY’s governor. Upstate NY has no say in our elections what so ever.

yes get RID of the senate. and then: Force the representatives of the house to have only 3 terms and increase the presidency to 3 terms. Congress should only make 2 to 4 dollars more than minimum wage, so cap it at that and give them free room and board while they are in DC.
