Under 4mins.... Ridiculously good content. I really liked you including Uptime/Goal for low elo and Timing of eco upgrades. But the timing of making military is what I think has made this great as it's easy for new players to just focused on eco. As a beginner, I'm cracking in laughter when realized at least 3 "beginner's guide to fast castle" build order I checked forgot to talk about the 5th house you need to reach 26 villagers. (that, or I'm playing an odd civ, I don't know, but I re-checked, and no : no one is mentionning that crucial 5th house before going feudal, lol xD) That being said, it's still a very nicely wrapped tutorial to get into it. I think waiting that long to make military is a huge risk. Most ppl attack as early as possible u need to be prepared for that.

Hi! Yes i think i mention in the video that this is generally for closed maps. Some “closed” maps like black forest and Amazon tunnel will need you to build a wall or 2 in a choke point to close it off but you should then be able to apply this. On arena, you can do this at lower levels and in team games it’s often a good idea for one of the middle players on your team to do this. Certainly on open maps like arabia you wouldnt want to use this strategy unless you’re playing at a lower level

I played a dude who was lithuania, in just ever an hour he farmed over 220k in wood and food, and ver high numbers on the rest. he maxed out at 124 villagers, is that possible?

Sorry mate, i only include houses if it’s for a specific villager for the build assuming you’d keep track of the population for the rest. You need a new house from the last 5 to wood, when you reach 22 or 23 population

Making more villagers. The more villagers you have, the better your economy is and can maintain your army better (lots of military buildings rather than a couple) and get upgrades sooner

It could be, depending on your level but you’d generally want to do a water map build and get a good fishing eco. I have a galley rush build that would probably be better. A dock in dark age making fishing ships is like having 2 town centres

I feel like a lot of people cheat seriously. I can get to castle age in about 20-25 minutes but some people literally get to that ages within 15 minutes and have a fair few scouts and shit storming at your villager's way before you're ready to build an actual army yourself

It’s not cheating. It’s just using good civ specific build orders, keeping the town centre constantly working etc. i have an advanced build order coming tomorrow for mongols on the 4 lakes map that gets to castle age at 13:35 and has an eco good enough to make knights/lancers none stop from 2 stables. I even have an arabia build order for lancers that reaches castle age at 14:00
