I fixed that problem, and I also made Aizawa be an even worse guy as well. I also made Miki and Remi be double agents that made Aizawa THINK that they were on his side, but, in the end, they were hired by Yui, Noa, Nagisa, and Miyu to take him down in the end.

It was a nice story, Yes getting a college degree is a nice accomplishment and opens up better work opportunities then that's it as it doesn't make you superior to those who didn't go to college. Sadly there are many people like Aizawa out there always boasting and relying on their degree but most of the time gets stuck up on their positions as they don't ever show signs improvement

Here is the aftermath of the story. Apparently, Aizawa was not out of the woods when it came to his personal troubles, and there were some other reasons as to why this had happened. Keiichi also had two other women that were close to him in the company, and they were Yui Miyamoto and Noa Igarashi, the CFO and CIO of Sato Construction Co., Ltd. Moreover, all four of those ladies were also the classmates of Keiichi and Aizawa all throughout the years, and, in their high/upper secondary days, they were known as the Four Beauties, and they were the most beautiful, talented, and intelligent ladies in all of their school years together with Keiichi and Aizawa. Now what Yui and Noa had uncovered were the real reasons why Keiichi had dropped out of his high/upper secondary school, and the facts were disturbing, namely, Aizawa, and his parents, were rivals to Keiichi and his parents in that construction company, and that was not acceptable. However, what was even more unacceptable were the facts that Aizawa and his friends had bullied Keiichi right out of his school, and then they put out legitimate h i t s on him, as well as his family, because his family had exposed all kinds of crimes that their company, Waruzashi Construction Co., Ltd., was trying to do some shady, unethical, immoral, and illegal things. Sadly, they were successful in doing that to Keiichi's parents, but they were unsuccessful in doing the same thing to him, though. Unfortunately, the toll of the bullying on Keiichi, and what had happened to his parents, caused him to leave school altogether. Fortunately, Aizawa and his friends were stupid enough to lead a trail to the incident between the company that nearly had their deal sabotaged with Keiichi's company and the incidents that led Keiichi to drop out of school. Aizawa was summarily fired from Tokiday Housing, and then he was arrested, as were the people that had helped him commit the crimes in all of those incidents in all of those places, and in other ones as well. Miki and Remi testified that Aizawa had told the two of them to say that the crimes of sending the text messages was their ideas, but, in reality, he was blackmailing and extorting them because he knew that their parents had also tried to speak out against his parents' company, as well as had also done what Keiichi's parents had done, namely, that they found out, as well as spoke out against, the involvement of the Yakuza with Waruzashi Construction Co., Ltd.. Needless to say, Aizawa, his friends, his parents, and a whole bunch of hired help, as well as a whole Yakuza clan, who was shaking down all sorts of businesses, were never going to leave their prisons. Yui, Noa, Nagisa, and Miya had made a comment about him trying to flirt with Miki and Remi and forming a harem with them, but, in reality, they always loved him, and they also agreed to form a harem with him, just to stick it to Aizawa for what they did for their poor Keiichi-kun, so he was dating them all ever since his high/upper secondary school days. All of the other former classmates of Keiichi's soon joined his construction company, because they were working for the Japanese black companies that the Yakuza had owned soon worked for Keiichi, and they took the effort to get his teachers to help him complete his high/upper secondary school education which, when he was doing that, his friends, and those six ladies, worked hard to get into their old school uniforms, and then did things with him to have fun to help support him, and to make up for lost time, and then his university education, of which he completed in three years time. Midway through his studies, he had six fiances that he proposed to and then he went to Burkina Faso and married those lovely ladies, and they got to wear naughty things, as well as nothing, on their wedding night and honeymoon. Baby bumps soon were on the ladies, and he was a happy husband to six lovely wives, Yui Miyamoto, the long black-haired, and blue-eyed, beauty who read numbers like they were their own language, and she was at a native level at that task, Noa Igarashi, the long blonde-haired, and blue-eyed, beauty, who read intelligence reports, as well as made plans of action like she was a military general, and who helped with the efficiency of the company, Nagisa Minegishi, the COO, who helped the company run like a well-oiled machine, Miyu Watanuki, his perfect secretary, who helped him every bit as much behind the scenes as the other ladies, Miki Nakamura, the girl who always had his back, and Remi Tozawa, who helped the other ladies take down Aizawa and his cronies for good, and all of them are happy to be the mothers of their children that they made with Keiichi.

Fate of the women who did 180's on MC: Due to them testifying the rumors they've made as well as Keiichi forgiving them as well, those two didn't got through much trouble... However, they've still didn't change and tried to ask MC out one last time, who kindly refused. The two then left and tried their best to become better versions of themselves.

It's nice that Nagisa and Miyu showed Keichi's true personality those 3 losers. I'm glad that Miki and Remi told the president the truth about Aizawa being jealous. In conclusion, I wish Keichi, Nagisa and Miyu good luck with their work!

this is becoming so ridiculous as time goes on that i don't even feel like recapping as i'll just get the same results in every instance over and over again. more company stories that's starting to lose it's purpose on romcom name alone. before I say anything, the last time I seen this art style and character design was last month's episode called my colleague insults my wife. like per ushe,keiichi gets roped into some bullshit without trying to speak his case,the antagonist doesn't do research and spreads rumors,he becomes a pussy to even fight back which is sad at this point,karma sets in and he STILL BECOMES LENIENT with the people who wronged him like he execpts them to change. at least the girls under him calls him out on it. whatever happened to those days where high school romcom was a thing at times,yanderes and keiichi did aikido once in a video from months back or camping? it's a shame that this channel i used to enjoy is starting to suck now.

Ok so here is the satisfaction the story can't provide Fate of those two girls: after there confession keichi sued them for defamation this went to the court as sato corp is a big company and both of those girl became famous for what they did obviously in a negative way there job offers were taken back and no other company wanted to hire them so they went back to their parents house but when there parents got to know what happened they agreed to help them by letting them stay but with no job and compensation money they both tried to steal from their parents but got caught which led them to being kicked out they are now working at the construction site of sato corp as day to day labour hiding their faces on the other hand aizawa was kicked out of the company as his bad reputation is causing a lot of trouble for the company as he also became famous in the industry for what he did he was also having a hard time finding a job so in anger he started stalking the coo of sato corp and got his ass kicked by her and he got arrested his family also cut ties after this, he is now in prison fearing what will happen after he was released.

CEO generally looks at long term and plans things over a long period of time, the COO is generally day to day operations that then talks to the CEO. Basically the CEO has a plan/idea and COO is the one to figure out the small details to make it happen.

As for Aizawa: He went at it again trying to spread false rumors but it backfired against him and Keiichi along with the girls sued him and the two girls that spread the rumors testified against Aizawa. Now Aizawa is forced to pay a massive compensation and is now in debt pay for for the guy he envies. Aizawa went to Keiichi and begged him to drop the compensation but Keiichi finally went off on him and berated him. Keiichi told him that his jealousy got the best of him and it ruined his career. If he focused on himself then he would have been able to do well but he was too jealous and just wanted to mock Keiichi for being a drop out. Aizawa was hurt by the reality and kept on insulting Keiichi by calling him a dropout but the girls reminded him of his place. Since then he broke down and started going crazy. He lost his family, friends and all the people around him avoided him. He is now in a mental institution
