Afterstory: At first, Kato and Hiromi were relieved that they fired Keichi, but it seems like they in hot water. It turns out Keithi's father felt something fishy in the company so he made Keichi to investigated everything. And it turns out they embezzlement, bribery and so on, plus Kato always doting Hiromi. Of course Noa and the other colleagues knows what they did were sneaky and cunning, so they quit one by one. Like the video said now Kato and Hiromi were arrested. As for Keichi on the other hand, he got the position as the president. Now it becomes the most famous company, of course he hired Noa and other colleagues as appreciate. Because they treated him kindly as a family even though he is the president's son, and they always help him. Extra: After released from the prison, Hiromi and Kato found out Keichi's company became uproar and want him to hire them. But Keichi yelled, " Get out, I don't want you the person who fired me in the past." Even his father, Noa and the other colleagues are mad, " Yeah,we don't need you, and don't come back when you want us." Kato's wife Misaki divorced him because he always spoils Hiromi since she was a kid. Since then both father and daughter now lives shabby apartment and they always quarreling. One day, they mess up with Keichi again so he called security guard to dragged them. Now, both of them worked as kappa where they always mocking by children.

Okay, realistically an ED has way more power than a CEO. EDs are members of the Board of Directors, who are the elected representatives of the entirety of a corporation's investors, who in turn are the true owners of the company. If a Director also has Executive roles, that's way too much power to the point of conflict of interest. Having an ED (or several of them) makes not just the CEO but the entire C-suite (CFO, COO, etc) redundant and easily replaceable, or even disposable. Basically ya boy CEO and his friends are screwed if the ED feels like it.
