i have the 4k 240hz Aorus but honestly i was thinking of "downgrading" to the 1440p 27, what are your thoughts on this? I am playing mostly fps games like battlefield and would love that ultra responsive fast times, my graphic card is an 7900 xtx. also, in your video when playing COD did you had any upscaling on or frame gen or running native rez?

Apologies as you may cover this but im 50% in the blog. I have been saving 6 year's for a 5090 and monitor im 58 and love a sharpener if you had to pick onlu one would you go 4k or stick to 1440p oled .wounder if there's any difference. And inputs would be amazing. Ty all

Is the fo27q2 the same as the q3 it’s just the refresh rate is different? And do you know if the. Q2 is a gen 3 panel aswell?

I would update the firmware to F05. If you already did, I'm not sure why you can't turn on HDR.

Nice monitor and also the price is not bad.....i'm undecided if wait a monitor 4k 360hz or higher or take a 2k 360hz....thoughts i prefer to play in 4k

If you prefer 4K, might as well wait for the OLED monitors coming out with 27” 4K. I recommend 2K if you don’t have a very powerful system

4k 360 hz, you need RTX 6090 for that, not even the 5090 can produce 360 fps on 4k unless you use ai fake fps but that looks cringe to say the least.

@orion9k in games like counter strike and valorant i have 200 FPS and 300 with low settings in 4 k and i have a 3060 12gb with i9 12900k... And i can't imagine with a 5090...

@@babayaga.666-v8x Sure but I would never pair a monitor hz with anything that can't keep up with same fps on 1% low fps. What you are experiencing is average fps but if your 1% keeps dipping under monitor hz you will see screen tearing which is disturbing if you're sensitive to laggspikes etc. (which I am).

The stand is unfortunately 1 out of 10 The black flickering seems to also be an issue. Everything else seems to be 10 out of 10 thou I wish it was 480 hz and not 360 hz.

Frame generation is fake frames, doesnt mater the game feel any better

If you have a good base fps you won’t notice the difference, it’s free bonus motion clarity even if it doesn’t affect the input time
