Awww, thank you Alisia!! ❤️ Well, you need to have some bright, indirect light for sure, indoors is great for these guys. They'd also appreciate some nice air circulation, being near an open window with a breeze is totally fine, but it's not super crucial. You need some decently gritty, well-draining soil, a good start is half whatever succulent soil, half 1/4 inch pumice! 1:1 ratio for those two, mixy mixy. Plant the pearl strings in that, and then curl them up and lay all of the strings on the soil. The strings have nodes on the bottom that will root in soil if they're making contact and sensing moisture from pot waterings. I water my senecio strings by pot weight, meaning, I know how much the plant weights when the soil is completely dry. Then, I water from the top, completely soaking the media. The pot the drains the water well, and the pumice is awesome because it'll lock water away, but the plant can still get to it by growing roots into it, so it encourages root growth. Once the pot is back to it's dry weight, as far as I can tell, by picking it up, it's soak time again. Repeat ad infitum, and your guy should grow out nicely! One thing I like to do with SoPs is to weave all the new growth back up into the top of the plant, until it gets a nice thick mat built up. Only then do I let it trail, but I'll then snip the ends of all the new growth strings, to force splitting and forming of two new stems at that point. THEN, all that new growth, all the new strings that are going to form, it can descend gracefully down the treasure mountain of pearls that makes up the main body of the plant.
