AP Government - Civil Liberties & Landmark Supreme Court Cases
This video is intended as a review of the Civil Liberties & Associated Landmark Supreme Court Cases for the Redesigned Exam or anyone interested in U.S. Government. This is more of an overview of the benchmarks, concepts, and themes with historical and recent examples. Included in this video are:
• The Bill of Rights with a description of specific protections
• First Amendment - Freedom of Religion: The Establishment Clause & the SCOTUS case Engel v. Vitale and the Free Exercise Clause & SCOTUS case Wisconsin v. Yoder
