It’s a good discussion. I fully agree with all these points. But, there are some practical difficulties. Few years back, we had constructed an office building within BBMP area. Before commencement of construction of foundation, we had obtained plan approval from BBMP and once we reached upto the foundation level, we approached BBMP in writing, to issue us the building commencement approval. BBMP officials visited the construction site and found everything was ok as per plan. But they didn’t give their approval, as they were demanding to take care of them, which we didn’t do. After waiting for two weeks, we wrote a reminder to them, but still they didn’t give the approval. Hence, we proceeded with the construction activity. Once we fully completed the construction and when the building was ready for occupation, we approached them again in writing for their approval. Again they wanted us to take care of them, which we didn’t do. Hence, they didn’t give us the approval. We wrote a reminder and took the acknowledgment for it. We are a MNC Company and we cannot take care of any official. Now, my question now is, in such a case, what should we do?

In Bangalore if a person wants to construct a house assume it is 30 × 40, site value 5000 per square foot, first site registration amount 5,00 000/_ building plan 3,00,000/_ BWSSB 2,00,000, Electricity 1,00,000/ government is collecting almost 11,00,000 as tax or service charges ...

ಮೊದಲು ಬೇಸ್ಮೆಂಟ್ ಕಟ್ಟಲಷ್ಟೇ ಮಂಜೂರಾತಿ ನೀಡಬೇಕು. Then,further sanction may be accorded if basement is as per bye laws.

people who don’t follow rules and do deviations get all the permissions by paying bribe easily , but people who follow rules are harassed, to get permission ,if they don’t pay bribe

In this apartment building plan what he is showing the plan itself is illegal and against Regulations bcz they closed the rajakaluve according to regulations they are not allowed to do that
