One request pls , when you say write diary then pls gvus 1_2 minutes time to write diary and while we are writing diary pls don't mind but let us write diary and pls don't speak at that time ,atleast for two minutes be quite . Thnks .

प्रणाम दिव्या जी! जब हमारा हृदय असीम कृतज्ञता और प्रेम की अनुभूति करता है या फिर हम अपने मुश्क़िलों से परेशान होते हैं तो हृदय आँसुओं के ज़रिए धन्यवाद, ख़ुशी, दुःख या मदद की अभिव्यक्ति करता है| कारण जो भी हो, हृदय से निकली आवाज़ वहाँ तक पहुँच ही जाती है| बहरहाल, हार्टफुलनेस पद्धति हमें किसी भी रूप में इन अनुभूतियों के प्रभाव में न रहना की सलाह देती है| अतः कृपया अपना नियमित अभ्यास जारी रखें और हफ़्ते में एक दिन अवश्य ही अपने व्यक्तिगत ट्रेनर से सिटिंग लेते रहें| शुभकामनाएँ|

I feel session should start at 6:50am instead of 6:55 or 7am. Are you brother/sister, who are conducting the session also transmitting?

The live session timings have been temporarily revised keeping in view the inconvenience of those seekers who join us early morning from north India. @@LearntomeditateHindiLive if this is so, when Daaji's meditation starts at 7am is it correct to start a session with relaxation at 7am? When Daaji has clearly mentioned in the mail to sit at 7am, is it not our duty to see that we start session at 6:50am, so even if 1 or 2 minutes late session starts, it won't collide with 7am meditation with Daaji. I have observed so many times, relaxation goes beyond 7am. And now itself you are starting at 7am, to come online it takes 1 or 2 minutes and then relaxation starts. Has anyone noticed till what time relaxation goes? Session should be conducted as though we are conducting in ashram during Sunday. 7:30am means 7:30am please start..... Please take note of the same. Hope you will. Thanks

Pranaam Kiran ji! Thank you very much for your suggestions and we fully understand your concern. However, we would also like you to know that all the social media platforms and the various mediums through which Heartfulness practices are being exercised (a) are all duly authorized and within the permissible limits of its official and practical implementation; (b) are being especially designed keeping the new seekers in view. As such, we would also need to look at organizing these programs from their point of view and keep making adjustments from time to time. As for the ethical code, and if you are already practicing Heartfulness, we would still request you to please sit at 7 am. Nevertheless, we shall try our best to implement your suggestion. We also thank you very much for your contribution by participating in this endeavour to accomplish Daaji's vision in facilitating access to Heartfulness practices to all. @@HeartfulnessMeditationHindi Itoo understand. I do share the link to the abhyasis. I don't know about new seekers, but yes abhyasis do love to join. All are happy by the content and explanation with examples. Even I do share evening session link. I will still stick to 6:50am, than 7am, just like in ashram we do. In this way even new seekers will understand n will benefit if meditation starts from 7am instead of 7am relaxation. Rest I leave it to you. Thanks for everything.
