Though i understand only a little hindi (i am german by birth), this Yoga Nidra was very powerful for me. I found myselt inside the sanctuary of Kesarnath Mandir, was emotionally quite overwhelmed. I wished i could here the same Abhyaas in english as well with this very skilled and soothing voice of Maa . Thank you for this wonderful experience.

बहुत ही मधुर और मानसिक शांति प्रदान करता है ये योग मैंने इसको बहुत बार सुना है लगभग 3 साल से लेकिन आज तक पूरा नहीं सुन पाई क्योंकि नींद आ जाती है इतना अच्छा महसूस होता है धन्यवाद गुरु मां

I had earlier been taught by a psychologist that Yog Nidra is a relaxation exercise. Accordingly, they would give suggestions that all my limbs were becoming heavy, very heavy and that I am unable to lift any of them. Some Dharam Gurus just stop at that. The others would make me chant 'om' and other shlokas after relaxation exercises. BUT, Guruma took it to a very higher level when apart from relaxation, she took me to a journey of visualization. Unique exerperience. Luv u.

गुरूमाँ आप को बहुतबहुत प़णाम मैं अधिक नही जानती और इतनी देर में तो सचमुच योग निद़ा शायदआही जाती हैं। और मै समझ नहीं पाई इसी बीच में माता सरस्वती जी और जाने कितने रूप में दर्शन दिया लेकिन मैं मूरख मैया को प़णाम नही कर पाती मैं कितनी अगयानी हूँ जय माँ त्रैयँबिके नमः स़ँतोसी माताय नमः शिवाय माँशिवेनमः

Really a great video. I feel so much better after watching this video. I was having a lot of trouble sleeping properly - I used to be restless and tired even after sleeping for 6-8 hours every night but my life changed completely after I started with Yoga Nidra. Besides this, I included Brahmi from Yukti Herbs in my daily routine and that has also worked wonders for my mental health.

I came here after reading the book of Swami Satyananda Saraswati on Yoga Nidra of Bihar School of Yoga in Munger. I really found this very helpful, at beginner stage i felt like my body was slowly getting anaesthatic vibes. I found to lose sense of a body, i was afraid first thinking maybe i had fallen asleep, but i found that i still had my consciousness awake yet i couldnt feel the body at all. It was no less than magic Now ofc ive been doing it for 2months, i feel good, relaxed and still magical.

Before the beginning of a meditation in the early morning your should take 1 tablespoon (= 15 ml) castor oil. This one will be the optimal preparation and attunement for respectively in any meditation.

सतर्क न सोने लिए किया जाता है। परन्तु निंद के आगोश में कब गया पता नहीं चलता। सम्पूर्ण विडिओ जगे में नहीं देख पाता।नींद का जरिया बन गया ये विडिओ।

Thanks for the commentary. I feel a little more silent time should be given when we are asked to repeat our sankalp 3 times.( time given is from 7:35 to 7:42 which is 7 seconds. At least 15 to 30 seconds of silence should be there for properly repeating our sankalp!
