We are talking about Aparthotel concepts near to the coast within minutes drive from the beaches (are of Elviria, Banus), not the ones which are planned to be build higher up at your area, Benehavis, Los Arqueros ?! These may be difficult to get good ROI on because they are too far from amenities and maybe only interested to rent for golfers ?!

100% yes, we were not talking specifically in our area just generally on the Costa del Sol in areas where people want to do holiday lets.
