Ikea has the tiles: RUNNEN. and with the artificial grass. Amazon might have as well. Home Depot has the expandable trellis for the balcony fence or wall. May be able to find elsewhere as well.

Another way to enhance the floor would be to add a nice, colorful outdoor rug (called a runner) after sweeping. I would actually mop the floor as well at least a few times a year. Great job on your makeover! 😊
