That's a huge apartment with lots of nice features inside and outside and a good price and seems like it would be cooler than an apartment in Dumaguete.

@@DumagueteRentals I lived in a much nicer and more popular area not on that island. Dumaguete salaries are very low, locals wouldn't pay that ever.
