MJM Apartment was designed and built to American/European standards and tastes. It is located in Liptong Valencia, Negros Oriental. It is quiet and the air is fresh and clean, it is one of their many attractions. If you are looking for a place that is far from pollution, karaoke's and roosters, this is the right place to stay. They are located at foot of Mount Talines surrounded by natural hot springs, falls, beaches, hiking spots and etc. It is 15-20 minutes away from Dumaguete City on a paved road. Every Sunday, locals and foreigners gather in the market called "paunay" where you can find foreign and traditional Filipino foods. Thanks for the video, Mia. I love the cadence of your voice. Sweet and easy to understand and listen to. I looked at those units when I was there In Valencia but ended up staying for a month in the Marpas Apartments. I loved it. Nice 2nd floor unit with a huge covered deck and a good lap pool. If you ever have time and the opportunity to film those units I think some of your viewers might be interested in them.

Thank you Mia for the walk to and through. The apartments look very clean and well cared for. The manager speaks very good English and she has a lovely smile which is always a bonus. I could easily see myself staying there when I come to PI after all Covid restrictions are lifted - most of all those in Oz as we will not be able to go o/seas for tourism etc until at least Jan 2023 :-( . Another excellent video. The lack of an oven in no biggie for me as a Weber Q is what I use now and wouldn't be to hard to organise. God bless and I hope all of the apartments will be filled soon.

I like Cebu as a start-off point to explore the Philippines. In the past, I have always arrived direct Philippine Airlines from Brisbane to Manila. After covid, I will catch a direct flight to Cebu first. I like Valencia as a place to stay/purchase part-time, as I like traveling. To be honest, if I was searching for a girl, I wouldn't want to meet someone with a prior relationship with a 'western man''. It kind of defeats the purpose of looking for a girl in the Philippines. It's like stepping into another man's shoes. I can do that here. But still, Valencia looks great! And I would enjoy the lifestyle for a while. I sure do miss the Philippines ..

Wow, beautiful accomodations and property grounds! And two sweethearts that were sweeter than the apple pie I had for desert. Those prices are incredibly good. I heard the manager say the prices included fiber internet. But my question is does every room have their own router, or no? I am a day trader, and and I have an internet business, so I need fast reliable internet. Also I how many brown out does Valencia experience? I love quiet nature. I stayed there at the end of 2018 and into the beginning of 2019 in unit 17. Fiber Optic WIFI was absolutely the worst and when it worked was turtle slow. Also my Globe Cell Phone signal was poor as I had to roam the property in order to make a connection. My suite's wooden furniture were contaminated with termites as every day I had to clean up the little wood chips. As for noise, it's true there are no roosters and barking dogs, but 1/2 way between the apartment complex and the town of Valencia there was a house with their karaoke playing most nights until the wee hours of the morning. It wasn't the music that bothered me so much but the base drove me crazy. In the video I didn't recognize the manager so it may well be they have a new manager and things have changed for the better. Hopefully it is so as it is a beautiful and safe location.

Sorry you didnt had a good experience during the time you stayed there. As of now we have a fiber opitic PLDT 200mbps business plan, each unit has a unifi system router, most of our clients work online and so far no complains. All furnitures have been replaced or treated. We have maintanance onsite or on call so if there is any problem regarding the apartment units we are right on it. I know what it’s like to have the booming base of some kind of techno music...I have 2 or 3 neighbours who play that s*** all day and all you hear is boom, boom, boom...drives me crazy ....I know one Australian in a neighbouring town who escaped the Philippines because of this...sold his almost new pick up truck and brand new Honda 155 motor cycle and went back home. I was there to check that apartments in 2016 when I was one week in Dumaguete. I was also in "forest camp" not far from that place. Yes, it's a good place if you want to have a quiet place and you have some friends to live there also. But alone? Single? Omg, Mia, what you will be doing there alone?

Filipina Life with Princess Mia: Wow, as I think about soon 2025 will be here for me. As a US Air Force Security Police Military Veteran. I will retire and plan to relocate back to the Philippines. Since I was station at Clark Air Base, Philippines in 1991. So glad that there is the Philippine government American Military SRRV Retirement Visa. When I do return in 2025, I intend to apply for that Military SRRV Visa program in the Philippines. All three (3) apartments were wonderful and I thank you Princess Mia and the Manager too for showing them to us. Gives me ideas on were to retire as a US American Military Veteran in the future around 2025 in the Philippines. GOD speed to you and GOD speed to the Philippines too.

Just some info for you Mia. Talking about the windows, we call them window screens not mosquito nets. Mosquito nets is what you put around or over your bed.
