Leasing agents are supposed to be personable and sweet. You sign up, they get a paycheck. Don't let them fool you. Do what's best for your wallet/comfort. When I tour apartments, I tour alone and then read the reviews and listen closely for noise. 😵😂

Most apartments in the area are either 3x rent or 2.5x rent sadly
