I think you took the last one! Currently live in a school residence but will start an apartment hunt by July as I graduate. Renting a basement apartment have its cons people only allowing you live there to make extra income when the lanlord is ready to evict you for personal reasons your left looking for housing again.

Hi, thank you for watching. Yes, you can but it depends on how long you will be staying. As much as rent is paid monthly, Landlords like to know that you are committed. So you can find a short term lease or consider the option of hostels.

At least that method can be somehow affordable for the new entrants. To comply with the landlord or lady is not an issue. I don't think someone can joke with such an opportunity .

If you’re a student the requirements are less and you won’t actually know what a landlord will ask for till you meet them. You should consider reaching out to current students at your school and a community of international students. They might be looking for housemates.
