Appreciate that! On call isn't bad at all. My property is now 8 years old and I've been here a little over 5 years. When things are being fixed properly, and preventive maintenance is routinely done it makes a world of a difference. Obviously there will still be unforeseen things happen but not much you can do about that. Same with AC calls when a coil is leaking or a burnt relay on a blower board just comes with the territory.
