Thank you for sharing this video! I'm sure it can be difficult to be "on" for the camera even on normal days, but especially so when experiencing anxiety. Something we can all relate to these days.... One last thought! Have y'all considered going on a hike for a change in scenery? My daughter and I have started driving about an hour outside of NYC to a huge state park where it's super easy to stay a good distance away from the few people that are out there. I always feel so much better once I'm out there. Just a thought!

I cannot wait for tomorrow and it’s going to be the best Star Wars 24 hour challenge marathon ever. And the winner is going to get Lego Star Wars the skywalker saga once when it comes out physically. Love the hair clip ash I didn’t know that you have so many hair clip for your hair for my opinion I think that you should have your own channel and show your hair claw and do a hair claw totorial. Once when the final trailer comes out you guys are going to be mind blown and for my opinion I cannot wait for the Star Wars marathon and I’m going to be part of it tonight I’m going to watch episode 2 but tomorrow I’m going to watch episode 3 revenge of the sith because of the marathon that you guys are going to do. Now that’s awesome so that the guests can have some enjoyable time at the house. It came right to life I love it. It feels like being in galaxy’s edge but for home. The winner will get Lego Star Wars the skywalker saga only one person will get the game on the release date of the game and you guys will also be getting the game once when it comes out and this challenge is going to be a lot of fun and I can guarantee that this will be the best Star Wars marathon challenge ever.

As someone who can have pretty awful bouts of AnXiEtY, have you ever tried valerian root capsules? It's pretty mild but seems to help myself and a few other people I know. Just an fyi, it's pretty stinky.
