I would rearrange your living room by flipping it, so the TV is on the opposite wall (where the desks are now), then create a dining/work area on the other side with a dining table that can double as a desk. Maybe get a table on wheels, so you can easily rearrange the space on the fly. You could even hang your backdrops from the ceiling, so they out of sight when filming towards the window, but you can pull down if you need to do a photo shoot or want to change up the background.

I love the Floyd furniture. It reminds me of Jean Prouve's designs. My suggestion would be to place the sectional against the wall with windows and open up the space. The wall where the TV is, you could build joinery with storage that integrates the TV. IKEA has ready built storage solutions.You generally put books on shelves and put your objects in threes in a triangle hierarchy. I'd put the Floyd bookcases as a divider between your workspace and the lounge area. A round dining table would create a better flow effect. There's a lot of right angles in your apartment, round furniture will soften the space. And lastly, a coat of matt white paint would brighten the apartment and help with the lighting in your filming.

I would rethink the layout of the living room. And you could try a modular sectional- they are usually easier to make different sizes. Styling shelves is so fun! I can show you next time we hang out!😉

About the couch…if you go with a deeper set couch and not a higher back you will sink in better. I tried a higher back and it is not forgiven and forces you to always sit up-right. I found this out the hard way. The deeper set couch also makes a better napping space as well.
