Apartment 2 did the MOST!! Loved it. All the effort they put into staging the model unit means that this company has $$$ so if you live there and something goes wrong they can most definitely afford to replace it assuming it isn't your fault for the damage. Amenities were awesome!! And for 1500 you got CLOSET SPACE, W&D, natural light and beautiful appliances. And no roaches!! If 1500 is in your price range I'd say you would get your bang for your buck. 👏🏻

Large cities like LA and NYC have higher salaries because cost of living is higher. My bf and I live in a 1 bedroom in NYC and both pay 3k a month, and that's really comfortable for us.

Yeah I don't get it either, I earn about $100k a year (£71k) and me and my husband pay the equivalent of $500 (£360) each, per month for our mortgage on a 4 bed detached house in Scotland 😂 my husband earns slightly more than me, maybe around $115k a year.

I was just going to suggest she do some tours in Downtown. There are a few spots...Biltmore, Paradise Valley, Kierland/Scottsdale Quarter, Tempe Town Lake. There are other places that are nice and cheaper but they won’t be the same lifestyle.

I also live in Scottsdale like the Arcadia area and can say that this for sure is much much more pricey than other areas here in Arizona. The market right now in Arizona is crazy also and I would recommend if you do decide to move into Arizona usually the prices during the summer are much cheaper because it gets SO HOT no one really moves then. People usually do around this time or winter so prices spike. Just a little info for anyone looking🥰
