Lauren! The toner trick for your underarms only works if you’re using a toner with exfoliating ingredients! For example, the ordinary glycolic acid toner is antibacterial and also exfoliates (which helps lighten underarms/reduce ingrowns) because of the glycolic acid. A regular toner won’t do anything besides… well… hydrate your armpits 😂 just thought you should know!
