I lived in Neutral Bay last century - worked in Artarmon - but it was hardly a penthouse. Totally different rent (and weekly income) numbers to what Sydneysiders have to pay today, but it was cool being able to catch a ferry into the CBD. I dont miss it - Bondi had a lot more character - but its interesting to see what you got for your money. Good luck, esp heading into another summer.
