That philodendron brandi will become a babe in time. The leaves can grow up to 14 inches long become different looking. No one really grows them out correctly so they don't know. It's very nice seeing you give your plants what they need to grow right.

LOL on Bret. You are so lucky he shows no interest in your plants. One o mine is a total A Hole plant destroyer. Another just bites the edges of the leaves. It has helped to grow some wheat grass for them in the window sill. The all enjoy chomping on that. Your home is Gorgeous. Plants all look so good. Thanks for sharing this.

Wait just a minute… I spied a Piper Crocatum at 32:47! You haven’t made a video on that beautiful plant yet, and gosh I’d give anything to hear about how you care for yours. It’s so lush! I have two, and currently trying to beef it up. Water propagation failed miserably!💚

@@sydneyplantguy Wow, that was a very generous gift! Well I guess I'm out of luck then. For the benefit of others who may come across this comment.. the water propagation step worked well, however I then placed it in moss prematurely, where it began to shrivel away. If I had to do over again, I would have waited for longer roots before moving on to another medium. I'm planner to air layer the other one since these plants were very expensive where I live.Cheers!
