Ok for thoes terrible rusted nuts on thoes cartridges get a oul filter wrench. The 6in channelock brand ones and harbor freight has a offset one that's bigger but nessary sometimes. That puts 3 points of contact or more on thoes rusty thin nuts. You can rock the oil filter pliers back and forth to loosen it. Landlords like deltas especially the ones with built in shutoff on the sides in brass so the cartrage can be changed with no skilled labor. It's 100 bucks more so so for the fancy valve but it saves you in maintenance down the road plus you done have to do the ball valves on the supply. As for over the showers 🚿 consider frp no fancy drywall work cheap and works great even on the ceiling wont get moldy. To be clear just over the shower this isn't a hospital or restaurant and yes frp comes in colors there's a biscuit that matches builder beige well. Good stuff bang it out liking this channel more and more now that I've seen a little. I do alot of apartment maintenance too 👍

@@MattHmm-rq6dn You're right we're working today and Vinny is working Sunday putting recessed lighting in a vacancy he wanted to start it on Sunday that way nobody else gets in the door so he goes over there on Sunday and starts cutting holes because he knows he can't be there Monday lol.

@@natashaball316 thank you for watching Hope you're having a great weekend those two hose bibs were for a washer One cold one hot and they kind of offset the laundry stack a little bit of ways from the hose bibs The reason why I think that is because it was probably done by one of the apartment tenants that live there because they do have a laundry room on the side so I think somebody plumbed in their own little laundry setup.

Nice job, as always! Vinnie did a great job with the MC cable. Nice, straight runs. I’m just curious; why did you guys go with MC cable instead of EMT and THHN or THWN wire? Is it just a personal preference or is it less costly in the end to go with MC cable? Thanks for sharing your knowledge and experience.
