Mambo mrembo. I love watching house tours. I have been watching some of yours, and noticed that you quite often don't know what things are used for and what material they are. I hope you don't mind if I drop some comments about that. As a viewer, especially when it comes to materials, it's nice if the one showing the house knows every little detail. If you watch Enes Yilmazer, or Mansa, they do a tour of the place forehand, know every material, what everything is for. The cabinets in the hallway are where you can put shoes, bags, keys and other things you need close to the door. If you don't know what it's for, research it before the video. In colder places we have a whole room full of cabinets to store winter jackets, winter shoes and to keep the snowy boots and such from dirtying the rest of the house up. Also you could ask the developer or landlord about the materials or do some research on them. "It's marble but it's not marble", is not really a selling point. if I was buying or renting that place, I would want to know the material. A wall full of glass, is usually called "sliding glass doors", or "floor to ceiling windows". En-suite is a French word. It's pronounced "ON-SWEET". A suit is what men wear to the office. It would just sound a bit more professional if you know everything about the house or apartment. I'm sure you could have another 0 in your views if you just put a little bit more effort into the research, and knowing what everything is for. I'm not trying to be offensive or anything, I just think that you could do even better and even get more clients if you know more about the apartments. Sina ubaya. Kila la heri!

Thanks, for the tours. Despite my YT channel name, I’m no longer moving to the Gambia. These apartments are beautiful. A bit of information that may be helpful to viewers is to mention how many three and two bedrooms are on the entire property.
