What they don't tell you is that those apartment complexes are littered with pimps, hookers, and drug pushers. No resident actually stays in those units for more than a year.

Good job. You're saving me time by checking out all these apartments yourself 😂😂. I'm planning the move to Vegas from Phoenix in October. Kinda like the stuff closer to the strip but I'm open to the outer areas of Vegas. I saw a couple nice places when I was delivering a load in Henderson around the raiders training facility.
@carolinelopez917 ай бұрын
Yeh that area is really nice but it’s a bit far away from everything, but don’t get me wrong they have some nice apartments in Henderson. Yeh this apartment is not bad it’s located behind the strip ☺️
@qikstar5 ай бұрын
Caroline, you prefer Spring Valley over Henderson or closer to the strip? This place seems nice. But reviews suggest they have trash and security issue
@carolinelopez915 ай бұрын
@@qikstar honestly I’m not to familiar with Henderson but 2 of my best friends lives there and they love it.. i personally love southern highlands and certain parts of spring valley (closer to ikea area) ☺️
@carolinelopez915 ай бұрын
@@qikstar and when it comes to reviews I always try to keep in a neutral perspective, but yes I have read them and for what I saw when I was there it was ok, but because I’ve lived downtown I will say anything close to the strip you will in counter homelessness, many events, and major road construction 🤦🏽♀️ also I lived at the 211 for 2yrs and anything near casinos and clubs, unfortunately your neighbors are going to be noisy

Caroline, I love your videos! I’m moving in July and I was wondering if you’ve done the rays at vegas towers? I’m looking for 1 bedroom apartments that are less than 1450 but still have a somewhat luxury style feel to them.

I really like these, as I like the looks of the Elysian apartments. My concern, if any, would be the surrounding areas. Albeit, I feel this would be applicable to any community near the Strip. The reasonable rent equates to my only concern. Great vid, as per usual.
@carolinelopez917 ай бұрын
Thank you, yes the area is definitely not the best due to it being behind the strip
@xBelleNoire6 ай бұрын
The price is awesome and these units are very beautiful. The reviews are awful. I guess that’s to be expected so close to the strip at this price point. 😅 Nevertheless a very beautiful place. I’ll see if they have a sister property somewhere else.
@carolinelopez916 ай бұрын
Yes I do believe they have sister properties, I will also check them out to ☺️. Yes unfortunately being so close to the strip you will definitely get the bad scene. I loved downtown Fremont and art district and even though we loved it and never had an issue with the homelessness. We just got tired of living down there. But I will say it was a nice apartment ☺️

This place looks amazing 🎉 but i know you said area could be a bit sketchy being next to the strip I plan to move from NYC to Vegas next year and i love your content! Im biggest concern is actually scorpions and spiders lol Honestly, do you find that some of these apartments may have a pest issue, and whats you experience with scorpions? Would love for you to one day make a video on the topic as i see not many people talk about it but i know in some areas i heard they could be a problem
@carolinelopez916 ай бұрын
Thank you ☺️!!! That’s awesome from NYC to Vegas, so I lived at the 211 downtown and I lived on the first floor the only thing I could say is that there were a lot of cockroaches that tried to come in but unfortunately we would kill them before they got in further.. it is a very dirty place living downtown so that was expected. We never had bugs on our bed since we would always clean our sheets. I’ve never had issues with scorpions but I have heard they like to go into cool places since Las Vegas can reach 115 Fahrenheit. ☺️

@carolinelopez91 thanks for the insight, it's much appreciated. That makes me feel a little better then lol Yeah I lived in nyc my whole life and this would be the first time I'm doing such a big move but with the no income tax and getting way more for your buck I'm excited to come over to Vegas. I also work from home so I will keep my same income, but hopefully my fiance will be able to find a good paying job in her field of education but we will make it work 😀 We was looking at moving to sumerlin but we will see how things play out Thanks again!
@carolinelopez916 ай бұрын
@@MrNickbecool yes anything in the summerlin area, spring valley but near ikea, southern highlands or Henderson is a great area you’ll find some luxury but also affordable.. But the area is better then north Las Vegas and near the strip but I always say to people you definitely have to go and check it out and have a feel for yourself ☺️ But I will be putting out much more so definitely keep a look out 😊

Thank you so much for taking your time to review the apartment complex. It’s very nice and those views are amazing. Shockingly very affordable. There’s are plenty of grass outside for my dog. Curious to know what makes the area not the best? Is it traffic? Homelessness? I really like this building also because of how close it is to the strip.
@carolinelopez916 ай бұрын
@@ItsJustMeStevie so what makes it sketchy is that it’s behind the strip which does mean you get a lot of homelessness around, then you have a Siegel suite near the apartments which don’t have the best people living in them. But where these apartments are is more on the business side which I feel will make it safer. Plus when the strip has events the traffic will get worse. ☺️

@@jill4203 Hi Jill, that’s awesome to hear. So if I had to choose it would Auric and jade I think they are located in a good area to get down to downtown or the strip. The high line is probably closer to the university so that also would be great for you. But I think Auric is beautiful 🤩
