I cannot stress enough the importance of these types of vids, for anyone that is planning to relocate here to Vegas, from another state. Imagine having to physically tour each complex on your list of possibilities. Your approval on my top choice relieved an immense amount of jitters , since I was literally dependent upon the internet in making my final selection. Even including Trader Joe , per my request, in your list of closest proximity stores played a major part in my decision making process. I hope to not have to move again any time in the near future, but your vids continue to help me, in the event that this time does come. At minimum, I am able to compare my community pricing and inclusions to others. Your hard work is much appreciated. ❤
