Your family must be so proud of you. Your apt is beautiful. I can't believe you have a washer and dishwasher. I love your windowsills. 1. Keep yourself totally focused on the gas heater. 2. Throw that microwave out, today. 3. The drawer that doesn't close in the bathroom, get some self sticking velcro. It's a good cheap fix for now. I can't believe your bathroom floors. How cozy. 4. I would highly recommend you get shades for your windows that roll up not down. They cost as much as rollup shades. You will have maximum privacy and still enjoy the natural light and the trees. 5. I have noisy neighbors too (fighting, screaming) I solved my problem by simply putting my earbuds in as soon as I hear them start. Problem solved and no hard feelings. Please keep us tuned in. I loved your video! CONGRATULATIONS🥳

what a cozy apartment you have. i live in an apartment building that was built in 1971 here in Tampa Fl its one bedroom one bathroom kitchen livingroom and small dinning area. my rent here is 750.00 dollars per month all utilities included also cabal tv. we love it here the building has two elavators and is 12 floors with a penthouse apartments at the top of the building. we have a laundry room in thre building with 12 washing machines and 12 dryers so no problem doing laundry. the older buildings are the best buildings good luck with your apartment stay safe and take care.
@sonofeloah3 жыл бұрын
Nice apartment. Here in the states it would be called a "studio apartment" But most studio apartments are smaller so there is no way to divide the main room into a living room and bedroom. But it is a nice apartment. Maybe some day when you have found your mate, you and he can either get a plot of land and build a dacha or just buy a dacha. That should afford to you more room and some bit of land to plant on. With high celings, one can install a lower "false celing" that could have insulation to lower the sound from upstairs apartment. Number one reason why I never liked apartments is the ability to hear the neighbors and for them to hear me. But, once fully paid off it is fully your's! Congratulations! So they allow you space outside that you can plant some plants? That would be nice if they allow it. Produce some privacy at the windows and sound buffering too. Like, maybe a trumpet vine so when it flowers in the summer, you would get visiting humming birds and butterflies.
@StPetersburgme3 жыл бұрын
Sometimes people have a flower bed near their apartment buildings. But I don't know if they apply for permission. I think if it was allowed for my building, somebody would have had flower beds already.

Congratulations Ksenia, nothing like living in your own home. The hot water system looks to be an instantaneous type which switches on when it senses water flow. Possibly the kitchen tap might not have enough flow to turn the system on. This sometimes happens when the little filter at the end of the spout gets clogged. In Australia we do not have hot water distribution like in Russia. Rather each house has its own hot water system. They can be gas, electric or solar or a combination eg mine is solar with an electric powered booster. Trust yr recovering ok. Keep Safe cheers Ian

Many many congratulations on your new apartment, I actually love it, it would be perfect for me also, I live alone too. I love your windows to the outside, I have 2 in my apartment but they are behind me, not in front of me. Might I suggest a solution to your 'noisy' neighbors? I have them too but I solved the problem by getting a 'sound machine' from Amazon. It's small, fits right in your hand and I keep it on my bedside table. It has many sounds you can choose such as running water or sounds of the ocean waves hitting the shore. My personal choice is the sound of a fan running. I play it loud or softly, depending on the loudness of the neighbors, it completely covers it up, I love it! I'm so happy you're pleased with your nice apartment, I'm sure you will enjoy it for a long time to come. And yes, it would be interesting to see your mortgage arrangements, if you cared to do that one. Many blessings for your new apartment!

What a great use of space. I'd be careful of leaks or it all falling out on your head😖. The separation book/bin unit it really useful. You can get different colored bins and add splashes of color or decorate for the holidays. About the upstairs noise.... When I was in college, it was always so loud, and stuffy, I bought a big box fan and kept it running to move the air and muffle the noise. Look for different styles that may double as a side table or on a pole to wrap your lights around. Enjoy your home🏠💐🏠

Ofcourse I congratulate you on finally owning your very first appartement! It may be a bit small, but I can see that you are super happy with it and that is all that matters :) As a teacher in economics in the Netherlands, I would love to hear about mortgages in Russia (and your mortgage specifically). To give you an idea: I live in a small town near Rotterdam, in a 'normal' house with about 130 square meters (and on the front we look over the river the IJssel) and as for my mortgage: I paid € 263.500 euro's for this house five years ago (it's worth a lot more now due to a housingcrisis in the Netherlands) and I currently pay 2,22% interest, which means that I pay 979 euro's per month. But most importantly: enjoy your new home :D
