You have to make 3 x base rent. Located In the Summerlin area here in Las Vegas. Built in 2008. These were built to be condos but the recession hit so they turned them into apartments.

We currently live in a former condo/turned apartments during the sub prime mortgage crisis (only one sold) and they are built with more soundproofing and higher end everything. I'm curious! Why do the prices change daily?? I noticed all or most of the apartment complexes do that.

They always tell me it has to do with season and what other apartments are going for to. Personally I don’t understand it lol

Yes I believe it is a nice area, but I have seen some break ins that have happened but not as bad as north Las Vegas. ☺️
