My wife and I purchased a home about 2 blocks away from here when they were first being finished. Southpoint was not even built yet….This is the most awesome upgrade I've ever seen anywhere in those neighborhoods….A real gem. I remember the size of those backyards it is amazing they got all that back there. 599K….Not sure that's the right number but you would not criticize anyone buying it at that price. Really outstanding.

Looks like an American West builder home. Shows larger than it looks. Definitely could use dual AC units for the home. 1800sqft with all the rooms, made it seem tiny rooms. Still nice home

nice home, does feel a lil cramped, ceilings looks low. cubby hole -ish, not very open space. cars need to be indoors in vegas, garage looks tight for 2 cars. extra guest parking in on side street of house? overall descent house.

Sorry, the closet space is most important for viewing. The owners should move things they do not want to be seen out of the closets. Baroque is a style the realtor should familiarise himself with.

The property tax depends on age, location, and type of home. I can find out specifically on any property. Seems the new homes are quite a bit more than the resale homes. Technically it is $0.7108 on every $100. That seems to vary however.
