This home is bright and cheery, and Raiza’s personality is the sun. She is enchanting and engaging, and I didn’t want the tour to come to an end. That framed view of the Empire State Building from her diningroom is a perfect and surprising feature of this tour. I enjoyed everything about Raiza’s creative style, and I felt her passion for what she does as a baker.

I've never watched a video on Apartment Therapy or any other home design channel where I was just smiling from start to finish - what a joy of a home and what a joy of a human being! So many nuggets of wisdom - that a home can bring joy into people's lives and how she loves to write everything down in notebooks and how she keeps and cherishes the things that make her so happy - like the plexiglass frame of photos from her book and her corn. This warm, personal, vibrant apartment is almost as effervescent as our hostess, Raiza. What a vibrationally dynamite, solar, embracing young woman. One of the purest examples I've seen of the interior life or quality of a person, directly expressed in circumstantial manifestation and aesthetics. There is no interruption or gap here. Yes, "homes" or apartments in this case, can be portals to so much.

Where do I even start!?! This place is just FABULOUS and homely all in one, the perfect combo!! When I first saw this I thought it looked cluttered and twee. But the more I watched, the more I liked it. I couldn't live there - I'd be dusting every ten minutes😂 And I'm not wealthy like this woman has to be to afford this. But it really reflects her vivacious personality.
