Nigeria's constitution is heavily flawed. No one needs an oracle to be told that Rochas is only trying to protect himself by installing his son-in-law as Governor and then running off to the senate. What the constitution needs to do is to stop these thieving governors from contesting for senatorial positions for at least 8 years after they hand over Executive offices in the state. Look at it that Ganduje cannot be prosecuted or taken to court because immunity covers him. The moment his tenure is over, his next move will be to run to the Senate and continue enjoying immunity. This country, being the bloody joke that it is, has made public service a means to an end, instead of what it should be - An opportunity to serve.

Ngozi Monyei Tinubu gave a level playing field to all APC gubernatorial candidates in Lagos. Sanwo Olu had a lanslide victory over Ambode. The case is however different in Ogun and Imo. For instance, in the case of Imo Sen. Hope Uzodinma clearly won the primaries but Okorocha wants to impose his son in-law by force. Its a different case in Lagos where Sanwo-Olu clearly won the election evn though he had the support of Tinubu but he clearly won.
