Just got the Thrashin High Bend bars (6" rise) for my XL1200 L (Sportster Low). They are the same height as the stock bars but without the extreme pullback - so your hands fall naturally on the bars without contorting your wrists out of shape! Also changed the back shocks to Legend 13" (vs HD's 12"). Unbelievable difference in ride quality. So I will save both my wrists and my back. Now it's the bike it was meant to be! Love the way you've done your Heritage. You should do some vlogs riding it around on the famous British country roads. Show it off in various settings. She's a beauty. Thinking a Dyna will be next for me ... maybe the Low Rider (which is very similar looking to the Low). Love that chrome!

Thanks for your comments and maybe I will do some vlogs. I myself went from an Iron883 to a Dyna Street Bob but then moved to a bigger Street Glide before I came back to the Heritage Classic 👍

Great video, well done! Literally just bought 12 inch apes to try doing this myself! Got the same burley kit as well. Wish me luck. I’ll let you know how it goes. Will use this as a tutorial as I go through all the wiring (slightly different, American exactly as you described though).

I got a whole bunch of led lights with pretty cool features but i have no clue right now how to do this wiring the right way.....I'm totally lost I'd pay someone to do the wiring and lights

The standard 1200/883 Low Bars. So yea about 8” narrow and large pullback

The original bars are very narrow with a lot of pullback. To me they’re designed for someone with narrow shoulders. I started myself on an 883 Iron
