It WAS creepy, wasn't it! Something about this game was effing creepy yet so kid-friendly at the same time. Even the whole best friend turned evil theme and the giant boss battle levels just stuck in your subconscious mind for years
@jonathanbeshansky49322 жыл бұрын
When I first played this game, the synths to me gave off more of a mysterious feeling and wanting to explore the place more. Then again when this came out, I was already 9-10 years old.
@mdgraller2 жыл бұрын
The sound is very... angular? The synths have very sharp attacks and decays, making them kind of shocking when they come in like at :29 and the reversed samples like 3:05 are definitely pretty eerie.

I come to videos like this just to remember there was a time when the world was not consumed by social media. These kids will never know the joys us 90s kids experienced growing up. I loved those flaming Geodude monsters so much..
@ImperishableDani9 жыл бұрын
+Shawn Sean No offense or anything, this is just a thought, but its way easier to experience these games nowadays than people think. PSN has this game I believe, plus there is plenty of online websites like Amazon and ebay, or even stores that sell older games exclusively that are surprisingly easy to find, so to say newer children cant experience these is false, and that is a good thing, it just takes a little looking around and effort to get them.
@AlexGamer679 жыл бұрын
+GamerNinjaX I think he just meant kids now won't have the feeling of simplistic gaming where you would just buy a game, go home, play the game and have fun. While you're playing it you could look through a physical guide if you had one, which was a lot more fulfilling than just looking it up online, I don't know why but that's how I thought of it back when I was a kid. Also with say the Internet, it wasn't too big around the release of this game, so you wouldn't have negativity surrounding a game you loved and have your opinion swayed just so you wouldn't be hated on. As for kids getting a hold of the game, yeah it's much easier but I don't think that's what he meant, sadly this hasn't been re-released on the PSN store as of this time.
@homersams90158 жыл бұрын
