Yesterday in Missouri 🇺🇲 it was cool and cloudy. I made a big pot of vegetable soup. Had a fall candle going and the windows open. Such joy!🍂🍁🍂🍁

I had to start taking birth control when I 50 due to fibroids. I was having horribly long and heavy periods. I’m 53 now and still take them because I still haven’t hit menopause. The birth control has worked perfectly and no hot flashes yet thankfully. Good luck to you.

Sitting watching as I make my grocery list and pizza items made it to my list 😂 I hated those hot flashes, Hubby did to. He always was wanting me to make my mind up lol. We finally had chilli!! So enjoyed it to!!! Fall colors are coming! I see them!! Canada is so pretty! Kansas is still thinking about it! Have a feeling if we blink we might miss it! Our Temps are like a yo yo still!

I was trying to find the song. I think you said October and I couldn't find it and I kept trying to find songs for Autumn and September and then bam there it was. LOL The shot seems to be working but I think it was just the shot that day that kind of kicked my but.

I love it when you show the fall colors on your drive. Fall 🍁 🍂 colors warm my heart with fond memories. Although I feel for you, going through hot flashes and that time of life, I’m just glad to know I’m not the only one. My cat had it right when she would lay on the linoleum to cool down. The colours haven't really started yet but I will keep sharing the changes. The pizza was so good and the sausage was such a change but the roasted red pepper was the star with that flavour.

@@APeekInside It got to 110* today, I’m not sure when fall is coming, here in phoenix. I cant wait to see your footage ❤️ I would never have thought to roast the bell then put it on the pizza. Self care is important, even if it’s taking a walk with yourself. That area is so breathtaking. You chose a great place to find some mindfulness. It's my favorite season, and I spend it going back and forth to the hospital. I fell and fractured my arm in 3 different areas. I have to sleep sitting up.😵‍💫 They might have to put a metal plate in my arm. They are trying to avoid that because of my age, 75. So, do you have recipes that I can make with one hand? 😏 lol 👋🇨🇦

I absolutely love the Fall. It is my favorite time of the year. I love the beautiful colors of the leaves and the Fall decor. I love the cooler temps and the shorter days. Soup, chili and other cozy comfort foods are so enjoyable! It just seems like everyone slows down from the busy, hectic Summer season and begin to relax more.🤎💛🧡
