WoW..!!! The Apeman A 100 Action Camera has come a long way from the past two years ....friends I know were using this camera when first starting to film their YT Channels , with the footage was always shaky .....So what a huge difference with the image stabilization now working like a GoPro 6 Black ...!!!

Yeah, it has gotten better but I still feel that they could improve them more. They need to invest in some better microphones, chage those mini usb ports to usb c, etc

Hi, thanks for your great videos! I wanted a cheap action cam to record snorkeling for an upcoming trip and was about to buy a best seller on Amazon, the Akaso EK7000, but then fell down the rabbit hole of affordable action cams and it's been a couple hours now and I've seen you a few times during this journey. This Apeman A100 came up 1st on a comparison chart and sells for $60 on Walmart but somehow it's not available on Amazon US nor Apeman own website anymore, as if the product was discontinued soon after release, do you know what could have caused this? I'm still inclined to buy this one for the price of an Akaso EK7000. Otherwise I might go with Dragon Touch 4K. I am most interested by 1080p 60fps recording, mostly underwater. What would be your suggestions as of October 2021 for an action cam in the $60 to $100 range? Thanks a lot again, quite informative, subscribed!

Image quality seems ok, but the image stabilization has a pretty strong jello effect that makes it unpleasant to watch.

In some way not bad but for mtb use it is useless. Searching a not to pricy camera for mtb use in the bikepark. Sadly you have still to afford at least a gopro7 black, for good stabilised picture with maximum view angle and a not too bad microphone. There are some other good cameras but there is always a sad compromise. Biggest problem is the view angle, stabilisation and sound.

Hmmmm, the last time I bought a camera based on Alex's recommendation was the Akaso V50x. Actually the worst buy I have ever made. The audio from this one is almost as bad as the Akaso.
