Why didn't you mention Carpet area? There is a big difference between built up area and Super area. I believe loading of the flat is very high. Almost equivalent to commercial

Thanks for the detailed video. I think you have focused on project density in every project which is very appreciable. But current way of calculating the density is not giving the actual measure of the feel of density a resident will have. Current density calculation is very simple is divide the total area by total number of flats. I have one suggestion the “Density Feel” must be calculated by formula “Density Feel” = (Total Area - Total Built up Area)/No. of flats. I will give 2 examples t justify above calculation 1. Builder floor project : Lesser flat in Larger area, there is no open area. Conventional calculations will say its low density but actually resident will see only buildings everywhere (this is extreme example and I am not concerned with it) 2. High rise project (D’RIO) : Even you mentioned its low density project but from layout in the video its evident that most of the land is occupied by buildings.

I hope this metric will help in getting better perspective of having actual experience . You can relate this with weather App which gives details like actual temperature and then ‘feel like’. And everyone see ‘feel like’ temperature because its more relevant 😅. Thanks

In this formul, Total area & total built up area can be considered for ground floor only for actual calculations. (And 2nd metrics about low density is distance to other tower of self project and other project towers.. while viewing from balcony..however this is already being discussed conventionally as openness..)

Is this stalled or something? Not seeing any movement in this property. Interested ppl should also know that the Ramlila Maidan right next to it has now been taken up by a huge Yashoda Medicity hospital. Expect traffic situations on the road.

Yes traffic jam, but what do you mean by low gentry crowd? Do you think surrounding areas are cheap? Just check the prices.
