I was totally against horse armor when it came out but looking back at least you got immediate value for your money no matter how dumb that value was. I think what really got the ball rolling on super predatory microtransactions was Mercenary mode in Resident Evil 5. The fact that it was almost right after launch and a like 300 kb download because those mofos already had it on the disc was infuriating and an insult. What's dumb to me about Battle Passes is it's only the potential to receive those items if you grind hard enough for hours on end whereas you just got the thing you paid for with the horse armor. I've stopped buying Battle Passes after realizing I'm not only giving the company my money but also my time.

I havent played at all this season. Literally hurts to see Respawn and the people just kill it off. Jumped on to play, couldnt play duos because solos, couldnt play multiplayer cause JESUS F CHRIST, and 90% of randoms in trios are ass, think theyre better leave and back out as soon as theyre dropped, or are cheating. They pretty much drove my duo away all the way by taking away duos. Like why? Pretty sure there is enough of us to just give us all of it.
