I love you guys. Great video. You all stepped your game up. Justin's handstands and flow were incredible, Ryan's power, strength, and flips are inspiring, Amos' flow and creativity on such big moves, Mason's courage and the finesse to pull off those big moves, Erica's unique ability to use her unique abilities so well, Dylan's mind-boggling precisions, and Jake's all around Jakeyness plus some sweet camera movement and slick post-production...wow. Favorited.

My English skills can't explain what I feel while watching this (and these) parkour videos. One word. Beautiful. There's a lot of dances and dancers on this planet but this, this is the Real Art of Human Motion. Every time I watch these videos(especially this) I get those chills on my skin. This. Is. Just. Amazing. Magnificent. I can't explain it. There's just no words. Keep up the good work, you are amazing! :)

A friend took me here one night, i only knew some stuff like gainers wallflips backflips hansprings through karate, but after just one night at apex i like quadrupled my experience and arsenal of techniques, everybody was very friendly at open gym time and was glad to help with questions i had and watched me through my trials too, rather than the giving just a tip and going off somewhere, i can see myself going 6 times a month at least. They have like all the stuff!!!! I eyegasmed when i saw it!

Some of the most important as far as taking impact are deadlifts and squats, but weighted pull-ups, and weighted dips are good if you're looking to get better and smoother with climb-ups, and gymnastics workouts (front levar, back levar, L-sit, handstands, planché, etc) are good for overall strength and protection. Overhead squats are really good for mobility AND strength. Those are just a few exercises overall, but it really depends on what your specific goals are.
