huh weird, i've never encountered this "party leader quite" message, i did have occasional packet losses, huge ones like you've showed.

It's really weird, and it's been happening to me quite a lot of times lately, it can be server sided issues, maybe even client sided, or even someone may be hacking in the lobby when it happens, anyway, completely restarting the game normally solves all this type of issues, hope this also helps you with packet loss situation!
