making this comment now: the lack of certain characters means that they werent introduced yet. the original video was uploaded to niconico in either 2011 or 2010, while the manga was still being made. this doesnt mean the creator forgot them or doesnt like them, it means that they didnt have them to put in the video. in the beginning it says not to reprint to youtube. this uploader either doesnt speak english or just completely ignored that because around 10 years ago, aimlessly uploading niconico videos to youtube was all anime/manga fans would do, they wouldnt even give proper credit. i hope this answers questions

probably not. ~10 years ago people would just go on niconico and rip videos, not even put credit in the description. most of these people are inactive. i highly suggest using niconico if you want to watch these kinds of videos, as theyre in much higher quality
