Stavros Antoniou . Your so welcome. The Italians drink plenty of red wine. With all the cheese they eat. They have the lowest cholesterol in the world. Because red wine breaks down the cholesterol. But it's not good on the liver and kidneys. 😂 Thank you for listening to me. I stopped drinking over 2 years ago. Sometimes we have a red wine. But not everyday. Only on birthday.

Dear drendee, hope all is well with you! Thank you for this lovely message! The weather has been really dreadful to say the least, all over Europe. I don't mind the cold weather. Just put few extra cloths on to keep warm. Bu what I don't like is the rain, wind, and snow. And that is when we feel home sick, always dreaming of Sea, Sun and golden sands! You don't know how happy that makes me to know that my videos can have a positive effect on a lot of people. I myself find it very uplifting and therapeutic when I'm watching something that I really enjoy. Just immerse and lose oneself in a dream like fantasy! Nothing wrong in that! The exquisite cuisine of our country (I consider our two countries to be one).. characterized by a word that only we can understand.. Meraki.. My grandfather came from Asia Minor, in 1922.. He was an excellent cook, always using the precious ingredients that please the taste buds in abundance, but not in excess. A fine balance to reach.. to offer much, never reaching the point of saturation. though.. You remind me of him in your beautiful recipes..
